HWS200 electric handheld concrete floor scarifier machine(concrete planer) is a practical tool for roughening, scarifying, texturing and planning concrete, asphalt, and epoxy resin floor. working principle:
The machine’s drum with TCT cutters rotates forward in very high speed; which swings the group of cutters crash the floor, therefore the carbide tungsten tips on the cutters mill, plan, scarifying concrete, asphalt, and epoxy resin on the floor surface.

Honda is well known in the world as the gasoline engine, and its spare parts are very easy to purchase locally. 2, the drum for scarifying: the drum work craft is extremely important for the machine, as it affords the high speed or rotation and strike from the floor. HONWAY concrete floor scarifer drum is specially manufactured, heat treated, and welded. Since 2017, HONWAY concrete floor scarifier has not got one case of complaint about drum.
3, the shaft of drum: totally 6 pcs of shafts for every drum. hard chromium, and its hardness is adjusted for the friction of the drum.
4, tungsten carbide cutters of drum, the base material is 45CrMo. Tungsten carbide and cobalt metal is from the big factories, which make sure the hardness.
5, ball Bearing and bearing base for the concrete scarifier : the ball bearing is purchased and used among the customers for many years. Bearing base is specially manufactured, which affords the high rotation of the drum and overload work.
6, the scarifying depth can be adjusted by the lead screws.

Why the bearing of concrete scarifier needs to grease within a few hours?
The working site for scarifier is very bad, even if with the vacuum. Unlike the floor grinding machine, the bearing of the scarifier machine is exposed to abundant dust. Grease could prevent dust and lubricate. The broken of bearing, in many cases, is not caused by the quality of bearing, but the usage habit. Grease must be given. Every machine has a grease gun when it leaves factory.
Quick-change drum of the concrete scarifier:

First step: loose the screws and take away the belt cover;
Second step: take out the screws;
Third step: knock the big shaft and make it loose;
Four step: take out the shaft and change the concrete scarifer drum.
